INTERIOR Design CONTRACT FORMAT
This contract, by and between the ________________, hereinafter named the NAFI, by and by way of its duly authorized Contracting Officer, and the _______________________, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor is for interior style operate at _______________________________________.
The NAFI hereby agrees to and does hereby engage the services of the Contractor, and the Contractor hereby accepts the engagement to design and to do the operate hereinafter specified by the NAFI in connection with the following project.
- Period of Service:
(1) The Contractor will deliver the Preliminary Interior Style Phase Submittals inside _____ calendar days soon after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
(two) The NAFI will assessment the Preliminary Interior Style Phase Submittals inside _____ calendar days and return them to the Contractor.
(3) The Contractor will deliver the Prefinal Interior Design Phase Submittals inside _____ calendar days soon after receipt by the Contractor of written directions on the Preliminary Submittal.
(four) The NAFI will evaluation the Prefinal Interior Style Phase Submittals inside ____ calendar days and return them to the Contractor.
(five) The Contractor will deliver the Final Interior Style Phase Submittals within ____ calendar days immediately after receipt by the Contractor of written directions on the Prefinal Submittal.
(6) The NAFI will assessment the Final Interior Style Phase Submittals inside _____ calendar days and return them to the Contractor.
(7) The Contractor will deliver the corrected Final Interior Style Phase Submittals inside ____ calendar days soon after receipt by the Contractor of written directions for correction.
(8) Final supervision, inspection and acceptance by the Contractor of the furnishings phase of the project will be accomplished as scheduled by the Contracting Officer.
The Contractor agrees to render the following services in connection therewith:

The expense of duplicating the style package in adequate numbers will be borne by the Contractor as component of the style fee.
- Installation and Acceptance Phase. The Contractor and NAFI extra agree as follows:
No additional charges or charges are binding on the NAFI unless negotiated with and approved in advance by the Contracting Officer.
- The compensation herein supplied is payable to the Contractor as follows:
(four) _____ percent, ($_____) on final supervision, inspection and acceptance by the Contractor of the furnishings phase of the project.
- The Contractor will not assign or subcontract the efficiency of their duties and services hereunder devoid of getting the prior written approval of the Contracting Officer.
- Required Insurance coverage coverage:
(two) Prior to starting operate hereunder, the Contractor will furnish to the Contracting Officer a certificate of the above-important insurance coverage.
